We present the cutting-edge Fuel Cell Testing stations operating from 100 W to 10 kW and enabling operate proton exchange membrane fuel cell at low temperature (PEM FC) as well as at high temperature: High Temperature Fuel Cell (HTPEM FC) and Phosphoric acid fuel cells (PAFC). Our products can also run fuel cell with direct methanol use (DMFC) or solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC).
PEMFC Testing station of power range up to 100 W provided in two sizes. One version includes the space for operating fuel cell while the shorter version supposes to run the fuel cell on separate table. This version is suitable if the experiment has to be performed in some special condition – synchrotron, very special spacious cell holder.
Desktop version of PEMFC Testing station of power range up to 100 W. It designed to meet requirements of our customer with low budget. System is also of high quality providing good flexibility to our customer but there is not integrated more optional systems as in our higher Hermés series. This system is suitable also for education due to its installed analog sensors and displays in front face.

It is suitable for testing single cell of large area as well as for experimenting with fuel cell stack at defined working condition. Custom designed lines are provided. Anode and cathode lines are humidified by advanced system.

It is suitable for testing single cell of large area as well as for experimenting with fuel cell stack at defined working condition of middle range power. Custom designed lines are provided. Héra series is PEMFC testing station designed to meet power range from 10 kW to 30 kW. It is suitable for testing of fuel cell stack at defined working condition.
Arés series is PEMFC testing station designed to meet power range from 30 kW to 100 kW. It is suitable for testing of fuel cell stack at defined working condition.
We introduce you a research cell suitable of active area 5 cm2 designed for scientific laboratory. Electrically heated and pressure control of clamps.
Software is designed to access in two different levels. Testing station can be controlled by our software with user friendly graphic interface enabling remote control. However, device is possible handle by direct asses to the core of software by direct commands via TCP/IP protocol and sockets which is suitable for R&D and integration to customers’s software. Fully automated and unattended operation
All functions of testing station are controlled by computer and it is ready for remote control: especially all valves, heaters, mass flow control, pressure control, humidity control. System is fully automated enables unattended operation.
Automation is realized by AIO and DIO modules and special modules enabling to control temperatures of heaters. These modules are controlled by industrial reliable robust computer where all software is integrated.
Latest version of Windows is installed. For direct on-site control of testing station the touch screen monitor and retractable keyboard with mouse are provided.
Emergency stop button to meet industry standard is taken for granted.
System contains safety procedures as nitrogen purge and emergency shut down. Working range as voltage and current of the cell, all temperature sensors are compared with safety limits that can be set. There are two levels of limits. Hydrogen leak sensor is installed.
